Compassionate Filled Life 8 week program is an immersive lifestyle program to help you reconnect to your truest self through compassionate choices you can make in this lifetime. Those choices include how we treat ourselves, what we are consuming, and how we impact the lives of others around us.

Within each and every one of us lives compassion, kindness, and love. Our experiences and influences in life can often build layers around our beating heart that sometimes we need to pause to uncover.

 

This program is an opportunity for you to prioritize what’s most important and make space for it. It's a time to invest in yourself so that can feel good about yourself and the choices you make in this world.

 

It's a collection of moments in your life to reconnect to Mother Earth, she who brings us into our wholeness.

Together as a community, and myself as your guide and coach, we will incorporate exploring her abundance, plant based foods, practices that re-connect us to Mother Earth, and yogic principles to help you step into a life that is incredibly harmonious.
