Vegan Lifestyle Coach, Vegan Cook, and aspiring author, here to support you on this new and exciting endeavor. When I decided to embark on my vegan journey 10 years ago, I had a lot of questions and didn't quite know how to begin. I joined a 21 day kickstart program and honestly, I don't think I'd be where I am today if it weren't for the guidance of the program.

I wholeheartedly believe in these challenges because they provide the support, encouragement, and inspiration we need when we are beginning new things in our lives.

So, this January we celebrate the month of Veganuary with Compassionate Filled Life's FREE 30 Day Vegan Challenge, a non-judgmental space for you to explore veganism.

The mantra here is "Progress, Not Perfection".


The beauty about CFL's challenge is that it meets you where you're at and offers you inspiration each day to try and learn something new.
