Challenge yourself with 22 days of Compassionate Filled Living! Invite plant based foods and self care practices in your life that will bring harmony into your body, for your health, for the animals, and for this planet.
In this challenge you'll receive:
- Plant based + vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes to choose from
- Access to two LIVE group cooking classes (February 7th and 21st)
- Self care and recipe challenges throughout the three weeks to keep you learning and growing
- Access to a Facebook group where you'll connect with fellow people journeying alongside you
- Exclusive access to resources that will help guide you through the Compassionate Filled Living journey
- Weekly LIVE group calls every Monday, with me to answer any questions you may have and share your own experience
- Mini assignments to hold you accountable (because sometimes it's hard to hold ourselves accountable - I've been there!)
