It's summertime and it is HOT! This is an introductory class to Ayurvedic cooking, using the magic of taste, spices and our beautiful produce to bring us closer to balance. The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda provides us with a structure to nourish our bodies with foods that support our well-being, connecting more deeply with ourselves and moving with integrity. Cooking with compassion and intention. We will be making this summer dal and rice to target excess heat in the body and cleanse our livers, supporting our digestion along the way.
