About the Event

In times of feeling anxious, what we truly need is a sense of grounding and nourishment. Our reconnection with Earth is most important during these times of uncertainty. Mother Nature provides natural essential oils to bring harmony back into our body so we may support our mind. 

This class will offer an array of information including:

  • A brief overview of what are essential oils, who is doTERRA, why purity matters
  • What is happening to our body when we are anxious
  • Why essential oils help support the body and mind
  • How to incorporate essential oils into self care that will help ground you

Recommended to attend an Introduction to Essential Oils class that I offer but please come as you are. OPEN TO ALL.
