Explore Italian cusine in this 90 minute vegan cooking class. Inspired from dishes I experienced in Rome and Florence, learn how to make tomato sauce from scratch and put together the perfect vegan italian sausage. No need to go far to experience a variety of plant based flavors and aromas. Cook alongside and online with me, Christina Gdisis - Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Yoga/Meditation Teacher, as I guide you through the journey of vegan cooking.
Each class is filled with Compassionate Filled Foods, foods filled with ingredients that embody love that extends to your body, mind, other animals, and Mother Earth. In these live classes you will be offered an array of new information that can bring added vibrancy to your dishes. Whether you're new to cooking, looking for new flare and flavors, each class will leave you feeling more comfortable in the kitchen with expansive tips and tricks to kick your dishes up a notch!

How does it work?
Step 1: Purchase ticket
Step 2: Choose any of the classes you would like to attend (mix & match) - with the option to purchase a Package of 2, 3, 5, or 8 - as well as single classes. (no need to have attended previous cooking classes - come as you are)
Step 3: Receive ingredient list about one week before class. Receive ZOOM meeting room link the day before class.
Step 4: The day of - have your ingredients and supplies ready, log into room, and cook together :-)
