The finale to the Vegan Latin Cuisine Series. We are taking a trip to Caribbean again but this time Cuba, as we explore their version of the popular dish Ropa Viejo (shredded "beef" stew) plus their unique way of preparing classic Red Beans and Rice. You'll learn how to vegan shredded "beef" using jackfruit - a plant based ingredient you can apply to so many dishes that call for some kind of shredded meat. Explore the flavors of revolutionary Cuba!
