About the Event

This class begins the start of the Vegan Latin Cuisine Series. In this class I'll be sharing one of my favorite dishes from the Island of Puerto Rico - Pastelon. It's a deliciously layered sweet plantain lasagna, but rather than use dairy and animal meat - we'll be replacing them with plant based ingredients that offer their own unique richness.
