Lets approach our process in the kitchen consciously, by tuning into to our bodies to reconnect with Mama Earth's abundance. Each class begins with a guided traditional meditation, followed by a mindful journey through each step by staying in the present moment using our senses.

About the Event
In this final class, we'll be continuing to solidify the practice of Mindful Cooking. An approach in your kitchen to consciously prepare your meals to reconnect with Mama Earth and thus find more balance within the body.
We can do so by allowing ourselves to connect with our food from not only a physical place but also from the mind and spirit. Each class begins by settling into the present moment with a guided traditional meditation, followed by a mindful journey through each step using our senses. When we implement meditation into our daily activities, we begin to create a habit that serves us not just on the meditation cushion.
We'll be making an easy brunch meal - Cajun Pinto Beans, Mushrooms, and Spinach over Creamy + Cheesy Grits. Each step of this recipe will be taken with ease, one step and breath at a time. I will guide you through intention settiing, preparation, cooking, and practices we can introduce before eating Mama Earth's abundance.
