Mindful cooking classes are back! Lets approach our process in the kitchen consciously, by tuning into to our bodies to reconnect with Mama Earth's abundance. We can do so by allowing ourselves to connect with our food from not only a physical place but also from the mind and spirit.

About the Event
Each class begins by settling into the present moment with a guided traditional meditation, followed by a mindful journey through each step using our senses. When we implement meditation into our daily activities, we begin to create a habit that serves us not just on the meditation cushion.
