About the Event

Each class begins by settling into the present moment with a guided traditional meditation, followed by a mindful journey through each step using our senses. When we implement meditation into our daily activities, we begin to create a habit that serves us not just on the meditation cushion.  

Have you run out of ideas or inspiration for creating vegan breakfast? Want an alternative to tofu scrambles or store bought Just Egg? Then this is the class for you. Learn how to make vegan eggs using mung beans as the main ingredient. It offers a versatility in flavor and texture and is packed with protein to start your day in the morning.
