About the Event
We're kicking off the Vegan Thanksgiving Dinner Series with this yummy and fun dish that you can serve as either an appetizer or a main dish. This is a creative way of transforming the traditional meatloaf into fun hand size savory "muffins". Plus we're topping them with seasonal cauliflower and parsnip mash "potatoes".
The great thing about this dish it's incredibly versatile in that you can deconstruct this into a bigger meatloaf OR have mashed cauliflower and parsnip in a full size serving bowl. This dish can be enjoyed by young kids or the young child within us. Let's come together to create a delicious plant based option for the holidays!
