Christina holds a beautiful space for her students to let go. Her asana classes feel like a warm hug for the soul! She has such a sweet way of encouraging breath and patience with our moving bodies, it is as if she is giving her students a place to just be and experience ourselves. Christina's classes are yummy and feel GOOD. Meditative and caring. A place to go to give back to ourselves.
