I support, educate and hold space through intertwining conscious veganism, yoga, and social justice through classes, courses, programs, retreats, and one on one coaching.

Christina holds a beautiful space for her students to let go. Her asana classes feel like a warm hug for the soul! She has such a sweet way of encouraging breath and patience with our moving bodies, it is as if she is giving her students a place to just be and experience ourselves.
