About the Event

Close your eyes and imagine yourself on the seaside of the Aegean Sea. Sitting at a quaint Greek Island taverna. The sun is hitting your face, feeling the warmth and gifts this magical land has to offer. The waiter approaches with your plate - a plant based version of Bakaliaros Skordalia. The aroma of the ocean flavors hits your nostrils and you begin to feel drunk with relaxation and peace.

Bakaliaros Skordalia is a breaded fish accompanied with a rich garlicky potato puree. In this final Greek Cuisine class you'll learn how to make this using exclusively plant based ingredients and this time using the ocean's seaweed garden.
